Alchemy Coaching
Courtney Edwards is a former psychotherapist turned behavioral health coach. As a Board Certified Coach and owner of Alchemy Coaching, she blends her background in mental health and counseling with life coaching. Andrew Heiskell Braille and Talking Book Library
The Andrew Heiskell Library provides FREE accessible programs and reading material for any community members who are blind, low vision or who have a physical disability or reading disability that makes it hard to read standard print. Heiskell Library offers materials by mail, download, or app; in a wide range of formats, including braille, talking books and talking book players, and audio magazines, for users of all ages and in many languages. Commission for the Blind
The New York State Commission for the Blind (NYSCB) assists New York State residents of all ages who are legally blind or deafblind to live independent and productive lives by providing vocational counseling, advocacy, rehabilitation training and employment services. Lana Hulevich
Originally from Belarus, Lana teaches yoga in New York City. She is a certified teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-500, Therapeutic Emphasis) and has studied the body for years. Lana has trained over 1,000 hours in yoga, acrobatics, dance, flexibility, and anatomy. Lana enjoys when her students balance in their breath, physicality, and motion. She emphasizes relaxation in both her group classes and private lessons. Beyond this, Lana developed her own alignment yoga mat KILIMOK, a product which allows ease, safety, and comfort in asana. Maria Campanella
Maria Campanella earned her black belt in Kenpo under Sensei Enzo Aliotta of United Studios Progressive Martial Arts in Miller Place. She has furthered her martial arts training in Tai Chi, Filipino Martial Arts, and Pankration with Professor Spencer Gee. She incorporates fitness workouts with the five elements of Tai Chi and the 108 Yang style form to rejuvenate and empower your bones and muscles, sharpen your reflexes, fine-tune your memory, and improve your balance. She has 12 years’ experience working with children, adults, seniors, and individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s through class instruction and one-on-one training with martial art fitness, Tai Chi, kickboxing, toning, and dance. Asha Surti, MS OTR/L: Asha Surti is an Occupational Therapist and a ninth generation Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher serving the greater NYC area. Her services consist of a holistic based approach incorporating the mind, body, and spirit to assess and guide how one can feel more balanced energetically. Asha’s services address a wide range of conditions and can be applied across all age groups from pediatrics to older adults.
