CIDNY-Queens has developed a variety of programs and resources for young people and their families.  These programs are geared to help youth (ages 14-26) make a successful transition from their school years to adult life whether by going on to college, vocational training or other post high school opportunities.

The Job Club (Spanish) If you are a young adult with a disability (ages 14-26) who wants to work, Job Club can help.  You can explore your talents and skills and make plans for moving forward. For more information contact John Colon at

STEP UP offers help to young people, ages 14-21, as they develop their IEP goals and move toward life after high school. The program also works with families and school staff so that students have the supports at home and in school that will help them succeed.
