This fall New Yorkers will be voting with paper ballots, scanners that count votes and Ballot Marking Devices (BMDs) to help voters with disabilities mark a paper ballot without relying on anyone else. Practice casting a ballot on the new voting system before the fall 2010 elections. Come to CIDNY anytime between 1PM and 6:30PM on Wednesday, May 19th.
